Simon Brown is CEO and Founder at The Brown Group, where he encompasses over 30 years of professional sales training and expertise, additionally 13 years experience working in the Dubai Property market gives Simon the edge when advising his extensive portfolio of high-net worth clients both locally and internationally.
Outside of work Simon is an avid Spurs fan, enjoys beach volleyball, playing golf and racket ball.

Earlier international experience spans oil & gold futures trading across Spain, UK, and Hong Kong , plus high-performance property sales in Spain early 2000’s. Rooted in engineering excellence from Scania and Caterpillar (Master Technician qualifications), I thrive on solving complex challenges, driving collaborative teams, and delivering exceptional results in dynamic markets. In 2026 the focus is on investment opportunities in Lombok, Indonesia—one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-emerging luxury and lifestyle destinations.
Oliver Hall

For more than 25 years, Oliver Hall has lived and breathed property development. His career began in the UK, one of the most demanding property markets in the world, where success is earned through precision, discipline, and endurance. Over the course of his career, he has built and delivered more than 100 homes, gaining a rare ground-up understanding of construction, materials, cost control, and the realities of running a property business through multiple market cycles.
That depth of experience now forms the backbone of his transition into Dubai as a property investment advisor, bringing with him not theory, not hype, but decades of real-world knowledge.
The UK property market is unforgiving. Regulations are tight, margins are pressured, and scaling sustainably requires deep operational control. Larissa Graciela Wilson is a Brazilian national fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. She was born in São Paulo and has lived in the UAE since 2009 (16 years). She holds degrees in Marketing and Education from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, one of Brazil’s leading academic institutions.

A seasoned expert in tourism and international collaboration, Larissa has served individuals, associations, federations, and governments across Brazil, the GCC, and Asia Pacific. She has organized major PR and business events in tourism, health, fashion, sports, music, ESG, and more.

Salman Ahmed

Syed B. Ahmed has been a resident of Dubai since 1984. After receiving his degree in Marketing Management at University of Laverne in Los Angeles California decided to move to Dubai to look at job opportunities and to start his professional career.
Having worked for over 30 years in different sectors which have included Retail, Shopping Malls, Real Estate development. He eventually found his passion in the hospitality industry.
My first hospitality venture started in 2006 when I took over a defunct club and restaurant complex of 40000 sq ft called The Lodge. It was a challenge to convert this old property into something modern and to compete with all the new clubs that were opening at the time in Dubai. The Chi Lodge club opened in 2007 and instantly became one of the best clubs in Dubai.
The club won several awards by all premier publications in the middle east including Whats on and Time out awards 4 years in a row. The success was a testament to our professional approach in running and operating a premier club.
In 2011 Syed created one of the most exclusive lounge bar concept called GOLD in the Monarch Hotel now known as The H hotel. After selling the club in 2012 I then moved to Thailand and acquired a lease on a boutique hotel and a 10,000 sqft upscale restaurant café in the busy Patong area of Phuket.
Sold the business and moved to Dubai in 2013 and been actively working as a consultant in the hospitality & Real Estate Industry with several clients. In the last few years have placed several concepts from overseas in some of the best hotels in Dubai.
One of the projects in the present portfolio includes developing a waterfront project of approximately 480 000 sqft which consist of a branded boutique hotel, luxury furnished residences with a beach club on an private island in Ras Al Khaimah.
Looking forward now to establishing the premier Beach club in Dubai with a unique positioning strategy for the yachting community of the region and a cool vibe for the demanding clientele of Dubai.
